Ashley has been studying Music for over 20 years, Teaching and performing for 15+ years. She currently holds a Bachelors of Music Technology Performance/Voice along with a Masters in Music Technology – Digital Pedagogy/Voice both from Duquesne University. Ashley’s past experiences include solo performances, collaborative works, Choral/Orchestral participation, Quartets, Vocal Jazz, Classical Vocal Pedagogy Techniques, Recording in a Studio, Live Sound Engineering, Leading Worship and Coaching Future Worship Leaders.

Holly is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree, with her primary instrument being piano and secondary instruments, flute and organ. 

Holly has been playing music since she was 7 years old. Holly has performed with the IUP Bands on flute and piano, and has also performed for weddings and various events. She has been a church pianist for 6+ years.  Her main focus is to help anyone achieve their goals in music. 

Deborah is a guitar instructor with 25 years experience teaching multiple guitar courses that she developed over the years for Westmoreland County Community College.  She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and dual teaching certification in Elementary Education and Early Childhood and also studied voice, piano and classical guitar while attending/graduating from Seton Hill college. In addition to teaching, she is a singer/songwriter/entertainer.  One of her songs "Where Did You Go?: The Animal Rescue Song" was used in a commercial that was aired on KDKA, WPXI and WTAE television news stations. That song has also been used by multiple animal shelters to bring awareness and help raise funds for animals needing rescued. Deborah is happy and eager to be a new addition to the Dynamic Music Studio!

Madeline currently serves as the Elementary Music teacher at Avella Area School District, and holds the position of Assistant Marching Band director for The Eagles Marching Band. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Maddie enjoys performing with the Westmoreland Symphonic Winds. Her performance history overall includes concert, chamber, and jazz ensembles.

Having earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Maddie is grateful for the opportunity to share her passion for music with students. Her approach to education centers around creating inclusive environments that cultivate a lifelong love for music-making.

George is a seasoned music professional who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education and Marketing from Duquesne University.  George has 25+ years experience of private music instruction. He’s worked as a New York City Studio Musician, Music Special Producer [Home Box Office – “When the Music’s Over”], Previous Vice President at Atlantic Records [Working with such artists as Rolling Stones, ABBA, Bette Midler, Ray Charles, Phil Collins, Herbie Mann, Blues Brothers, Muppets, Led Zeppelin, Foreigner plus many, many others] and a Recording Artist at Capitol Records. Throughout his Musical Career he’s toured and performed nationwide at such venues at Riverboat Room (Empire State Building), Barney Googles, Copacabana, Saratoga Springs Arts Center, Drake Hotel, Hotel Americana, etc and was the prevoius Choral Director at Valley High School.

George is fluent in the teaching of all styles of music including Jazz, Pop, Rock, Ethnic and Classical.  He has taught all age groups from 5 year olds to 65+ year olds. Teaching is his first love and gets he takes much pleasure from watching his students grow and develop into fine musicians.

Alexandria Loves to make music and has an extensive avid Vocal Performing Career. Alexandria holds a Bachelors of Music from Peabody Institute at John Hopkins University and a Masters of Music from Carnegie Mellon University with a Vocal Concentration. Most recently has worked with Carnegie Mellon University Opera, Kamraton Ensemble, Pittsburgh Festival Opera, Peabody Opera Theater, Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Baltimore Concert Opera, and Steamboat’s Opera Artist Institute. In 2022 she was named a Semi-Finalist in the Annapolis Opera Competition and in 2021 received an Encouragement Award from the Metropolitan Opera National Council.

Alexandria looks forward to working with the amazing students at Dynamic Music Studio and helping them find their passion for music through their voice or piano.

Kayla Holsopple is a band instrument teacher at the Dynamic Music Studio, where her passion for serving communities through music shines. By day, she dedicates herself to teaching elementary general music and guiding beginners in the world of band instruments. Kayla's commitment to music education extends beyond the classroom as she actively participates in various musical ensembles. When she's not teaching young musicians, Kayla can be found contributing tuba playing to the Westmoreland Symphonic Winds and other chamber groups. Her love for the tuba is evident in both her teaching and performance, showcasing a deep connection to her craft.

Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Education (BSED) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) in Music Education and Music Performance, with a focus on the tuba. Among her notable achievements, Kayla was a proud finalist in the Artist Level Competition at the International Euphonium Tuba Festival, highlighting her exceptional skills and dedication to musical excellence. With her diverse background and unwavering enthusiasm, Kayla Holsopple is ecstatic to continue teaching students through her service with the Dynamic Music Studio. She hopes to bring passion and excitement to band students of all levels!

Luke is a graduate student from California University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in commercial music technology.  He has been playing drums for 16 years and teaching for over 5 years since graduating, as well as building a career as a live performance drummer with 3 different original bands. Has experience recording drums on his own and in professional recording studios, as well as touring on the road and treating his art as a business.  His teaching style is adaptable to all kinds of learning, from ear training to reading and practicing through books.  His goal here is to pass on the knowledge he has acquired over the years to the future generation of passionate musicians and carry on this shared world wide love for the art we call music. 

Matthew has been performing in and around the Pittsburgh area for over 15 years. His musical experience ranges far and wide. During his time at Penn State University, he Directed both an A Cappella and a Barbershop group, and also played Bass Trombone for the Marching Blue Bland. 

Matthew was one of the most highly requested performers for many years at Sing Sing: Dueling Pianos, and he has enjoyed many opportunities performing with local groups over the years. He currently works as Solo Vocalist available for Weddings and Special Events, while also playing Trombone in the Westmoreland Symphonic Winds at Seton Hill University in Greensburg.

An avid performer, Megan is excited to share her passion for music with students in a way that motivates them, no matter what level, and tailoring their lessons to meet their needs and goals. A graduate of the Schulich School of Music at McGill University, Megan earned her Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance with Distinction and Outstanding Achievement in Voice. Most recently, she went on to earn her Master of Music Degree at The Carnegie Mellon University College of Fine Arts. Recent accolades include being named an Encouragement Award winner of the Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition (2023), and a winner of the 2022 Pittsburgh Concert Society Major Artist Division. During 2023-2024, she is excited to perform in local Pittsburgh schools as Gretel, with Pittsburgh Festival Opera’s educational tour of Hänsel und Gretel.

A native of Brazil, Anderson Lacerda is a performer and Suzuki certified teacher of the violin. In addition to his performances as a concertmaster of the Duquesne Chamber Orchestra he was also concertmaster of the Duquesne Symphony Orchestra. In the US he has also played with Pittsburgh Opera Orchestra, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre Orchestra, Erie Philharmonic, Youngstown Symphony, Wheeling Symphony, Westmoreland Symphony, and others. His career also includes numerous orchestras around Brazil, such a Bachiana Philharmonic, Ribeirao Preto Symphony, Broadway T4F Orchestra, and many others. He started his bachelor’s degree of Music Performance at the University of Sao Paulo in 2005. 

Nowadays he is earning an Artist Diploma at Duquesne University, under Charles Stegeman and Rachel Stegeman’s direction. Anderson has been teaching violin students since 2007, as a coordinator of a kids' project for families in need called “A musica venceu”, and as a private teacher in music schools around Sao Paulo city. He joined the” Suzuki Teachers Program” and got his Certificate in 2018. Many of his students in Brazil have won spots in important music school institutions, majors in music and they also have teaching and playing careers.
